Plein 2023 Posthuman op de Hondsrug

Each academic year, the Plein curriculum is shaped by workshops built around a theme that relates to architectural design, yet does not necessarily involve a design activity itself. These workshops explore the edges of the discipline - and may even move beyond them.

The concept of Plein as a pioneering space within the structured order of the curriculum allows for a wide variety of approaches. It invites hands and minds to work differently; it is a space for thinking and making, for action and reflection, for trying and practising, for collaboration and idiosyncrasy, for failures, successes and the unexpected outcomes that emerge along the way.
