Naomi brings stories about faith and womanhood to life
For Creative Writing graduate Naomi Ramaker from ArtEZ Academy of Art & Design Arnhem, religion, the womb and the ways belief systems shape women's lives form the starting point of the graduation project.
Through poetry, textiles and ceramics, Naomi brings her stories to life, showing that storytelling at Creative Writing extends far beyond the written word.
During ArtEZ finals, student reporter Layla Souza Silva visited Naomi to learn more about her graduation project, her multidisciplinary approach to storytelling, and the themes that shape her work.
