Behind the scenes: Graduation Show Fashion Design 2026
The fashion show is over. After months of preparation, the graduates of Fashion Design of the Academy of Art & Design Arnhem presented their collections on the runway.
A moment filled with emotion
‘I can’t stop crying,’ says Nina Zeleznik. ‘I’m really happy. I’m especially proud of everyone and myself.’
Sanne Schepers, head of Fashion Design, looks back on the graduating class with pride. ‘I’m proud of all of them. So many details, so much love for the material and for the construction.’ There is one more thing she wants to tell the world about this class: ‘They are incredibly ready for it.’
The next step
After the show, it’s time to look ahead. Józefina Wojtkiewicz would like to work in the fashion industry. She is inspired by various brands and designers she admires, and would like to learn from them and discover where her own practice will take her.
‘I’m really open and excited to see what’s going to come next.’ After months of preparation and the excitement of the fashion show, curiosity about the future takes centre stage.
