The Little Art Cookbook is a cookbook full of “recipes” for making art. Take the Attention Chart, for example: using a crochet hook and yarn, you crochet your attention span. Each row is exactly as long as you can stay focused. Preparation time: 1 to 160 hours.
It is the graduation project of part-time Visual Arts and Design Teacher student Kay-lee Boxem. She has used her art to support her own mental well-being. With this book, she hopes to inspire others to do the same. For as long as they can keep their attention on it.
