Clinical placement

Your clinical placement is the heart of the pre-Master programme. For 45 weeks, you will work onsite in a clinical practice, supervised by a certified music therapist approved by ArtEZ. 

Internship requirement details

• Duration: 45 weeks for a minimum of 12 hours per week
• Location: A clinical music therapy environment
• Internal supervision: Professional supervision by a qualified music therapist
• External supervision: Must be approved by the ArtEZ Music Therapy department
• Additional costs: Supervision costs are not included in the tuition fees

The internship offers you the opportunity to gain practical clinical experience under professional supervision. Students are responsible for arranging their internship with an approved supervisor as well as the associated supervision costs.
