Costs

If you take this minor as part of your programme at a university of applied sciences via Kies Op Maat, you do not pay any additional tuition fees. Occasionally, there may be fees for materials or field trips.

Check with your own study programme whether grants or reimbursements are available for a minor outside your home institution.

Timetable

The preparatory programme runs from September to the end of January. Classes are held on Fridays from 09:00 to 17:00.  

Classes take place at ArtEZ in Arnhem. Some theory classes may take place at the Hogeschool Arnhem-Nijmegen campus in Arnhem. You will spend around twelve hours per week on assignments.

Admission

This minor is intended for students at a university of applied sciences who have completed a programme in interior architecture, visual arts, product design, or a similar field. It is aimed at students preparing to progress to the Master in Architecture.

Preparatory programme

If you have already completed a programme at a university of applied sciences, you can take the minor as a pre-master’s programme in Structural Engineering.
