We welcome graphic designers who want to deepen their knowledge and skills – those who embrace authenticity, radicality and experimentation, and dare to push the boundaries of conceptual graphic design. If you want to follow this programme, you must first apply for the admission process. Read step by step how to do this and what to expect. You will also find important dates and deadlines here.
You must apply for this programme via Studielink before 1 March. Be sure to read the page on the admission process for Werkplaats Typografie, and check the ArtEZ website for general information about admission. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email from the ArtEZ Student Affairs department, followed by more details about the admission process from the programme itself.
Werkplaats Typografie can admit a maximum of twenty-eight graphic designers each year.
If you live in the Netherlands
You can create a Studielink account using your DigiD. If you do not have a DigiD, you can request one at www.digid.nl. This takes about five working days.

Are you a student from outside the European Union? Then apply as early as possible so that, after admission, you will have enough time to apply for your visa and residence permit. Documents for this must be submitted by 31 May. Visit the IND website for visa and residence permit information.
