If you are a qualified (arts) teacher and wish to enrol in this master’s programme, you may be eligible for the DUO Teacher Grant.
You will conduct Arts-Based Research, using a variety of research methods to explore and address an issue from multiple perspectives.
Theory and practice are closely connected in this master’s programme. The theoretical insights you acquire will reinforce your professional position and underpin your practice as an art educator.
This practice-oriented and socially engaged study programme will challenge you to connect your personal interests and expertise with relevant social themes.

In the areas of assessment and career preparation, this programme also scores above average compared to other art education master’s programmes in the Netherlands.
