Applicants from outside the European Union
If you are a student from outside the European Union, you should apply as early as possible. That will ensure you have enough time to request your visa and residence permit once you have been admitted. The deadline for submitting the required documents is 31 May.
If you have any questions about Studielink, have a look at the Studielink Q&A page.
Make sure to apply via Studielink before 1 April. Applications received after 1 April will only be considered if places are still available. After applying, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about the admission procedure, a questionnaire and a template for your motivation letter. You will also receive the date of your admission exam.
If you are not an EU/EEA citizen, you can only take part in the admission exams held in March. In that case, you must apply before 1 February 2025.
You can reach the Student Affairs Office at studentaffairs@artez.nl. You can also call the office from Monday to Friday between 09.00–12.00 (Dutch time) at +31 (0)26 353 56 50.
