If you want to apply for the Architecture master’s programme, you will first need to complete the admission process. Think of it as an introduction: the admission procedure exists to see if you are a good fit for the programme, but also for you to determine whether this programme is what you are looking for.
You can apply for admission if you meet the following criteria:
See the Dutch language requirements for ArtEZ master’s programmes for more information.
Do you have a foreign diploma, or are you unsure whether you meet the requirements? Please contact the programme.
If you want to take the Architecture master’s programme but still lack design or construction experience, start with a pre-master’s programme or minor in Architecture or Structural Engineering.
The pre-master’s programmes are intended for students with a bachelor’s degree in engineering or interior design who want to prepare for the master’s programme. You can take them as a minor during your bachelor’s programme or as an extra course after graduation. The programme lasts fifteen weeks, in the first semester on Fridays and Saturday mornings, and is worth 15 ECTS.
See the schedule (in Dutch) below for the study routes leading to the Architecture master’s programme at ArtEZ.
