Why Studio+?
Studio+ is for makers who want to continue developing their artistic practice alongside work or other commitments. Rather than working towards a degree, the focus is on your own practice. You experiment with materials and techniques, exchange ideas with other makers and have the freedom to chart your own course.
The programme lasts between 2 and 8 semesters. Classes take place on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, except during breaks and on public holidays. In the professional studios and workshops at AKI ArtEZ Academy of Art & Design, you combine studio practice, experimentation and technique with coaching and evaluations of your work. You work alongside Dutch and international participants in a bilingual environment.
