Apply through Studielink

Ready to apply? First, you must fill out the application form on Studielink. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email from our Student Affairs department and, later, an invitation with information about what you need to submit for the first admission round and how to do so.

Application procedure if you reside in the Netherlands

Create a Studielink account using your DigiD. If you do not have a DigiD, you can request one on the DigiD website. This process takes about five working days.

Upload a copy of your ID document in Studielink to create an account without a DigiD.

Applicants from outside the European Union

If you are a student from outside the European Union, you should apply as early as possible. That will ensure you have enough time to request your visa and residence permit once you have been admitted. The deadline for submitting the required documents is 31 May.

Please note: The deadline for applying for the Tailor-made Music Teacher programme in Zwolle is 1 June.

To apply for the “Tailor-Made” option of the Music in Education programme, first go to Studielink. Select the Music Teacher programme and choose “Full-time”. At the end, you will see a drop-down menu where you can choose the part-time option (Tailor-Made Music in Education/Docent Muziek op Maat).

After you have applied via Studielink, you will receive an email from the Student Affairs department of ArtEZ. After you receive this email, please contact the Academy of Music by email and we will send you more information about the programme, enrolment and admission.
