The audition committee consists of a chairperson and experts from a range of disciplines. The committee will assess your creativity, originality, potential for development and skills in music and theatre.
At the end of the admissions procedure, the examining tutors will submit your results to the ArtEZ Academy of Music exam board. The board checks whether the procedure has been carried out correctly and decides whether or not you to admit you to the programme. You’ll be notified of the results in writing.
An offer of admission is only valid for the programme you have applied to. If you’re interested in another programme or specialisation at a different location, you’ll need to apply separately. Admission is only valid for the academic year directly following the entrance exam. If you’d you like to start a year later, please submit a written request to the exam board to defer your admission for a year.
If you disagree with a rejection because you don’t believe that the correct procedure was followed, you can submit an objection to the exam board.
