Upload your work

After applying through Studielink, you will create a profile via registration.artez.nl. Here, you will upload your motivation letter and at least three original self-authored and self-produced works.  

Productions 

Your uploaded productions should show as much stylistic range as possible, for example, in dance, pop, rock or music for video. These should demonstrate both your technical production skills and your ability to write and arrange music. Be sure to include as many original works as possible. Your productions must not contain any copyrighted material, such as acapellas. Please do not submit unofficial remixes or bootlegs. If the vocals in the tracks were not produced by you, please send us the instrumental version instead.

If you are applying for the Composer for Film, Games & Media profile, upload at least three productions, including one with a written score and one with video. 

Motivation letter 

You will also upload your motivation letter, in which you explain:

• Your future professional goals and how you plan to use the MediaMusic programme to achieve it;
• The personal qualities you bring that could also benefit your fellow students;
• A short description (a few lines per piece) of how each production came about. You may include screenshots if relevant.

After your productions have been reviewed, we will decide whether to invite you to give the entrance exam.
