During the programme, you will explore who you are as an illustrator and what your work can mean – whether as part of an assignment or for yourself. Through illustration, you will learn what matters to you and how you can make a difference in society.
With Illustration Design you do not choose a medium but a way of seeing. You can work with drawings, animation, graphic design, theatre, photography, games or something in between. You can decide what your narrative needs. The programme will help you to find your own path.
You will have plenty of freedom to explore what drives you as a creator. The programme will support you in developing an independent, individual practice. Whether you want to work independently, in a team or on assignments, you will learn how to find your place in the creative world.
In Illustration Design you will explore not only how image works, but also who you are as an illustrator. You will learn to make choices, reflect and experiment – based on what fascinates you. You will build a visual language that is right for you and what you want to tell.
