Admission
After your application via Studielink, you will receive an email with instructions explaining how the admission process works. Admission is a way to get to know each other: to see whether you are a good fit for the programme, and for you to see whether this programme is what you are looking for. On this page you can read what admission involves and what you need to submit.
What do we look for?
- Your creative ability: can you turn ideas into images? Do you have a sense of colour, form and material? Does your work show originality?
- Your motivation and communication: what drives you? What inspires you? And can you show and explain this clearly?
- Your way of thinking and researching: are you curious? Do you dare to experiment? And can you look critically at what you create?
Preparation
A few days after the application deadline, you will receive the invitation for admission. Submit the reflection/inspiration assignment no later than one day before the admission day.
Admission day
During the admission, you bring your homework assignment and portfolio with you. Here is what you can expect on the day:
• You will spend half a day working on an assignment.
• You will have a conversation with lecturers and students on the programme to get to know each other. In this conversation you talk about your portfolio, motivation, homework, inspiration and creative process.
• Home assignment: upload at least one day in advance and bring printed.
• Portfolio: Physical work with you.
