Internships
Most students do internships in studios, which are often abroad. You can complete an internship, for example, at a company that specialises in film music and sound design.
Or you can work at a music publisher, experience the behind-the-scenes activity at a renowned theatre venue, or assist a top professional composer with editing, orchestrating or promotional tasks.
Taking the learning out of the classroom and into the professional field provides insights and opportunities for networking, broadening one’s scope as a composer and gaining inspiration from the many future possibilities one can embrace.
