The selection rounds will take place on the following dates:
After applying for the selection, you will go through a selection procedure consisting of two rounds. After the first round, you will hear whether you have made it to the second round. In the selection, we pay attention to factors such as aptitude, interest and attitude. We also assess your ability to develop further artistically and to complete the course successfully within four years. This is often experienced by others as a workshop rather than an audition.
The selection committee will advise the Exam Board whether or not you should be admitted.
After the selection, you will be informed whether you have been admitted within five working days. During the selection process, we will provide you with feedback to give you insight into our assessment of your suitability for the course. The admission only applies to the Artisteducator in Theatre course in Arnhem and to the academic year immediately following the selection round.
Well prepared for the audition
If you want to prepare for the audition, apply for Theatervooropleiding Oost. There you will receive an intensive introduction to the theatre profession over the course of fifteen Friday evenings and fifteen Saturdays.
