At the Academy of Pop Music, you will get to know the musician within yourself and ask yourself questions. What are you best at, and how can you use that strength to find your place in the music industry? Of course, you will deepen your mastery of your main instrument, but your learning will extend beyond that.
Over four years, you will explore your strengths and learn how to use them to create your own professional path by:
- mastering your main instrument to perfection and learning to perform in multiple styles and function effectively within a band;
- choosing elective subjects that match your own talents, interests and ambitions;
- taking part in hands-on projects, often in collaboration with students from other programmes such as MediaMusic;
- working on your first professional productions, including recording your own album. Thanks to the close collaboration with MediaMusic, you’ll have access to professional facilities and high-quality production support. organising a music event, such as a festival, or setting up your own company – laying the foundation for your graduation project. Throughout your studies, you’ll be guided by renowned lecturers and coaches.
