Admission day in Zwolle

If you pass the first round,  

you are warmly invited to the admission day at the academy in Zwolle. What to expect:

• You will work on two assignments – one in observational drawing and one in spatial design.

• You will also have a conversation with lecturers and students to get to know each other. In these conversations, you will discuss your portfolio, motivation, home assignments, inspirations and creative process.  

   

Important dates and deadlines

• First admission round: 9 April – upload your portfolio by 23 March
• Second admission round: 22 May – upload your portfolio by 6 May

• Third admission round: 19 June – upload your portfolio by 9 June

   

Get ready for your admission

• Take the Art & Design preparatory programme in Zwolle.
• Follow the programme’s social media channels for inspiration.
• Visit the ArtEZ finals to see work by graduating students.
• Immerse yourself in art and design: visit exhibitions and explore magazines and websites such as Metropolis M, Kunstbeeld, Frame, DAMn and Dezeen.
