ArtEZ opens its doors during Open Monument Day

On Saturday 12 September, ArtEZ will open the doors of three remarkable buildings as part of Open Monument Day. Visit the Kraton building and Rietveld building in Arnhem or explore the Broerenklooster in Zwolle. Discover the architecture and history of these buildings, as well as what goes on at ArtEZ today.

The Kraton building on Utrechtsestraat is home to the ArtEZ Conservatory. Between 10.00 and 16.00, you can join a guided tour of the building, followed by a music theatre workshop. Reservations can be made here.

The Rietveld building on Onderlangs will also open its doors. Designed by Gerrit Rietveld, the building and its underground extension can be visited from 10.00 to 15.30. Along the way, you can explore historical material about the building. More information can be found here.

In Zwolle, you can visit the Broerenklooster, home to the ArtEZ Conservatory, between 10.00 and 17.00. The Open Monument Day programme includes performances by choirs and ensembles. You can also take part in the City Escape and follow the cultural route. Find out more about the programme here.
