First Linda Olthof Fund scholarship for Risé Benschop

Risé Benschop, third-year student of the ArtEZ School of Acting, is the first to receive a scholarship from the Linda Olthof Fund. The €2,500 scholarship has been awarded for taking classes in acting in front of the camera and conducting an exploratory study into fantasy acting in New York. The Award / Advisory Committee (consisting of Gaby Allard, Hendrik Aerts, Christien Dijkhuis and Anette Olthof) concluded that it is clear from Risé's plan that her intention and motivation are in the spirit of the ambition and goals of the Linda Olthof Fund scholarship.

The Linda Olthof Fund was founded in 2019 in memory of Linda Olthof, actress and lecturer at the ArtEZ Academy of Theatre and Dance. The scholarship is specifically intended for students of the School of Acting and the Dancer/Choreographer course.
