About the teacher
Yorick Stam (1987) is a stage director working in the cross-over between (classical) music and theatre. After his graduation at the Toneelacademie Maastricht (2011) he worked at Opera Spanga, Musica Sacra Maastricht, Oorkaan, as well as a freelance stage director. Also he has been artistic director of The Bunch, a Maastricht music theatre ensemble.
In 2016 he finished the prestigious Singer/Performer Master's degree at the Conservatory of Amsterdam and the Theater School of Amsterdam. Apart from performing as a singer, this has contributed to his versatility as stage director working with singers and musicians.
