The Bachelor's programme in Creative Writing is the only full-time higher professional education programme in the Netherlands that focuses on both writing and presenting. You will work with prose, poetry, drama, documentary and literary non-fiction. The Master's programme in Creative Writing focuses on critical research, artistic experimentation, social engagement and meaningful collaboration within the European literary field.
You will be at the heart of the literary world
From day one, you will create literary work and have opportunities to share your texts. The Bachelor's programme has strong links with the literary world through festivals, organisations and internships at publishing houses and broadcasters. In the Master's programme, you will collaborate with European writing schools Escuela de Escritores in Madrid and Scuola Holden in Turin. You will also participate in residencies and build an international network.
