Naturally, it is important to be able to play your instrument, compose or conduct well. But it is just as important to seek answers to questions such as who you are and what makes you special. Why do you do what you do and how can you generate income from it? In addition to lessons taken in your main subject, there is a lot of personal attention given to career guidance.
