Students performing at Parkvilla Alphen aan de Rijn

14 ArtEZ Music Theatre and Parkvilla continue their successful collaboration of recent years. Following earlier productions such as Martha and Baronie, "het levenslied" now takes center stage. The students are guided by composer and theatre maker Annelinde Bruijs and director Sjaron Minailo, who is also head of the Music Theatre program.

In a self-created karaoke bar, the students give both well-known and lesser-known levensliederen a new, emotional meaning.

The performance can be seen on February 13 and 15 and invites the audience to experience the levenslied as intimate, raw, unsettling, and comforting all at once.
