Things can’t go right all the time. Maybe you’ve received a decision you feel is unfair, or you may have come into conflict with someone at ArtEZ. That’s an unfortunate situation, but you don’t have to deal with it on your own.
All our students and staff can take problems like these to the complaints desk, where you can get help with complaints or conflicts and request mediation.
E-mail klachtenloket@artez.nl to explain the situation and we’ll be in touch as soon as possible. We will work with you to find the best available solution to your complaint or conflict. We take confidentiality very seriously: we won’t share what you tell us with anyone else.
