Statutes and Regulations

ArtEZ’s policy on good governance is set out in the following documents:

• Sector Code of Good Governance in Higher Professional Education: contains regulations and recommendations for good governance at universities of applied science (in Dutch), issued by the Association of Universities of Applied Sciences.
• Executive and Management Regulations: explain the structure and composition of the Executive Board, management and supervision mechanisms. These regulations also describe the Board’s duties and responsibilities.  
• Whistle-blowers’ regulations: this document lets employees know where they can go if they feel something is going wrong. They can make an anonymous report, so their names won’t be published.  
• Articles of association of the ArtEZ Foundation: this document contains ArtEZ’ goals, and how we intend to achieve those goals. It also sets out what the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board can and cannot do (in Dutch).
• Treasury Charter: explains how ArtEZ monitors our income and expenses. This document relates to our finances and associated risks (in Dutch).

The ArtEZ University of the Arts Foundation is a recognised Public Benefit Organisation (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling, ANBI) that welcomes donations. Donations to the Foundation are tax deductible.

For swift processing of invoices, please ensure that your invoice meets the guidelines described in the ArtEZ invoice guide. Then send the invoice directly to digitalefacturen@artez.nl. Invoices that do not meet these guidelines will not be processed.
