My work aims to challenge traditional ways of thinking, bring people together from different backgrounds, support peace building and conflict transformation. I approach my practice with the mindset I call courageous play, which in my definition is having the ability to take risks in a way that goes outside of the perceived norm of a given situation, for the sole purpose of being curious on the impact it could have.  

On IMAE my work in Belfast consisted of 2 Three Sided basketball games that aimed to build cooperation and cooperation - the team that wins is the team that concedes the least amount of points rather than scoring the most. 'Play 4 Peace' was an event that brought people together from the whole community of Belfast. This event brought people together from both sides of the conflict. It included players of all ages, religions, races, genders, abilities, internationals, professional Gaelic and rugby players, as well as Mark Ervine (a renowned muralist who has been instrumental in the peace process). The event included conversations about the conflict, peace, as well as great energy around the game.It also had public artworks on display from Paul Doran, Clara von Stackelberg, and myself. 

Previously I have worked for Nike at their EHQ in the Netherlands for 4 years in Football and Footwear Product Creation. I supported strategies ranging from sustainability, DE&I, to working with the Jordan Brand, to working with the Women's Network, Global Football Design Team on the Men's European Championships 2022, cultural and societal trends, consumer and athlete insights, as well as leading over 100 footwear projects. I have also worked for NGOs like She Matters and Project Fearless who support refugee women with employment and who provide safe spaces for girls to have access to sport respectively.
