voor docenten, medewerkers en geselecteerde jaargroepen studenten van alle educatieve opleidingen van ArtEZ
for teachers, employees and selected annual groups of students from all ArtEZ educational programs
What does it take for an artist educator to work with groups of high diversity in ethnicity, gender, class and cultural background? Does our art education still match the demands of today’s society?
During the working conference Cracking the Code the ArtEZ educational programs and research group, in collaboration with studium generale, propose to examine what changes are needed and what we can do ourselves.
We will talk on art education, community arts, and our own blind spots. We want to share results of ArtEZ projects and studies, give food for thought and ignite inspiration amongst the ArtEZ educational community. These are also the aims of the many workshops and inspirational lectures with good practices and discussions with students, teachers and artists.
Guests: Aziz, Chantal Suissa-Runne, Dansplein, Eef Veldkamp, Elmar Noteboom, Emiel Copini, Ilse Oostvogels, John Johnson, Lucas Dols, Nancy Jouwe, Pomme Willemse, Teana Boston-Mammah, and selected student’s projects.
More information on guests and enrolment from 1 November.
