Application form for preparatory and other courses

On this page you can apply for the preparatory and other courses of ArtEZ Institute of the Arts. Your application form should be returned at least three weeks in advance of the entrance exam. The deadline for the preparatory music courses is 1 May. The deadline for the Art & Design courses is one week before the start of the course.

When we receive your application you will subsequently receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
